Users can permanently delete their account directly from within the app. This process ensures that all personal data associated with the account is removed from our system in accordance with data privacy requirements.

Once the account is deleted:

• The user will lose access to the app immediately
• All personal data linked to the account will be permanently removed
• This action cannot be undone

📱 Step-by-Step: How to Delete Your Account

1. Login to the App

Open the app and sign in using your registered email and password (or social login if applicable).

2. Go to Profile Page

After logging in:

• Tap on the Profile icon (usually located in the bottom navigation bar or top menu)
• This will open your account profile screen

3. Open Account Settings

Inside the Profile page:

• Tap on Settings or Account Settings
• Scroll down to find the account management options

4. Select “Delete Account”

• Tap on Delete Account
• A confirmation dialog will appear explaining the consequences of account deletion

5. Confirm Deletion

To proceed:

• ap Confirm Delete
• You may be asked to re-enter your password or re-authenticate for security purposes

6. Account Removal

Once confirmed:

• Your account will be permanently deleted from our system
• All associated data (profile information, records, and settings) will be erased
• You will be automatically logged out of the app

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
• Deleted accounts cannot be restored

For your protection, we may require:

• Recent login verification, or
• Password confirmation before deletion is processed

This ensures that only the rightful account owner can delete the account.
